Reposition a business at the centre of a rapidly consolidating gaming industry and clarify its role as an end-to-end partner.

Keywords had grown through acquisition into a vast but fragmented group. Externally, it was still associated primarily with localisation. Internally and commercially, its full capability was not understood as a connected offering. In a consolidating industry, scale only matters if it operates as one. Clients do not need more services. We simplified the brand architecture into three pillars, Create, Globalise and Engage, making the end-to-end offer legible. The brand strategy worked outwardly as a commercial proposition and inwardly as a rallying point, bringing a distributed global business under a single idea.
